The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm lat-pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, seated rows and push-ups. Warming up is usually done first, followed by the actual workout. Ariel prefers to make use of every minute. Her method is super organizing all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets with 10-12 reps. This kind of routine twice per week, with one day being light weight day and another day that is heavy.
